Kamaldeep Suyal has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Kamaldeep started their career as a Medical Coder at MT portal in 2005, where they were responsible for medical coding for surgeons, denial management, and AR follow-up. Kamaldeep then joined Porteck Corporation in 2006, where they continued their role as a Medical Coder, working with various providers including internists, radiologists, and anesthesiologists. In 2007, Kamaldeep joined Genpact India as a Medical Coder, where they were involved in end-to-end revenue cycle management and state fee schedule development across the USA, among other tasks. In 2011, they joined Edifecs as an ICD-10 Coding Specialist, providing clinical support and managing the delivery of Edifecs solutions to healthcare payers and providers. Kamaldeep later took on the role of Lead Business Analyst at Edifecs, where they were responsible for consulting, implementing, and providing system support for Edifecs healthcare tools/products. Kamaldeep worked closely with clinicians, business analysts, and project managers to establish credibility with clients and provide problem-solving partnerships. Throughout their career, Kamaldeep has demonstrated their expertise in medical coding, ICD-9 and ICD-10 mapping, revenue cycle management, and healthcare tool implementation.

Kamaldeep Suyal holds a Certified ICD-10 Consultant® degree from the ICD-10 Coders' Academy in Illinois, USA, which was obtained from 2011 to 2012. Prior to that, they obtained the CPC degree in Medical Insurance Coding Specialist/Coder from the American Academy of Professional Coders in Utah, USA, from 2009 to 2010. In 2004 to 2005, Kamaldeep Suyal pursued a degree in Computer Hardware & Networking as a Computer Hardware Engineer at NATIONAL SMALL INDUSTRIES CORPORATION LTD. They also have a B.Sc. degree in Life Science from Nainital University, obtained from 1997 to 2000, and an Advance Diploma in System Information Management from Aptech, obtained in 1997 to 1998. Additionally, Kamaldeep Suyal completed their Intermediate Education with a focus on Physics, Chemistry, and Biology at Govt Inter College in Almora, UK, from 1995 to 1997. They have also obtained certifications in Edifecs SpecBuilder, Edifecs XEngine, and HL7 V2.7 Control Specialist.
