Job description

Requirements:

  • 18+ years of relevant experience in a marketing or communications role, with a demonstrated experience in earned engagement.
  • Demonstrated experience managing 500k + accounts.
  • Deep experience as a key client leader adept at managing, mentoring and motivating large integrated teams.
  • Executive presence and credibility with senior leaders and stakeholders and the ability to deliver integrated communications counsel.
  • Results oriented leader who is proactive, can roll up their sleeves and has a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to represent the agency and the client in a polished, professional and intelligent manner.
  • Ability to drive reporting, insight and action with data and analytics, and an ability to report across earned, owned and paid platforms.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and solve complex problems while making decisions with entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Digitally savvy, with strong knowledge of digital integration within client solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff, peers, clients.
  • Effective team leader with the highest creative, ethical and legal standards rooted in open and honest communication, ensuring diversity, equity and inclusion.
