Chanida Curnutt serves as the Senior Vice President at Edible Garden AG Inc. since March 2024. Previously, Chanida held the position of Senior Associate at Baker McKenzie from May 2011 to August 2019, where also worked as an Associate in the Tax Practice. Earlier experience includes an Associate role at SCL Nishimura & Asahi Limited from August 2007 to April 2010, and a brief stint as a Tax Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers Thailand in April 2007. Starting the career as a Summer Clerk at Hunton & Williams (Thailand) for a short period in April 2005, Chanida's educational background includes an LL.M. in Taxation from Georgetown University, a Certificate in International Taxation - VAT Law from Leiden University, and an LL.M. in Private & Business Law (with distinction) and a Bachelor's in Law (1st class honors) from Chulalongkorn University. Additionally, Chanida has obtained a Barrister-at-law degree from the Thai Bar Association.
