Brad Weiers currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer at EDGLRD, where efforts focus on developing innovative technology at the intersection of film, animation, and games. Previously, Weiers held the position of Chief Product Officer at Jadu, overseeing a substantial expansion of the game development team and leading the creation of an AR mobile app. With significant experience at Unity Technologies, including roles such as Head of Immersive Storytelling Technology and Technical Product Manager, Weiers spearheaded the development of various real-time technology products and features, contributing to the XR industry across multiple sectors. Additional roles include serving as Chief Technology Officer at Alientrap Games and co-founder of Frozen Gear Design. Weiers holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, both from the University of Saskatchewan.
