Nick Moore has an extensive background in technical account management and video production, spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Senior Manager of US Technical Account Managers at Edgio since June 2022, Nick previously held similar roles at Edgecast and Verizon, where responsibilities included ensuring customer satisfaction, managing technical teams, and advocating for customer needs in various technical domains. Prior experience includes key positions at the Associated Press, where Nick led significant projects that transformed workflows and drove revenue growth, and freelance reporting and producing in Kazakhstan and Central Asia. Nick holds a B.A., Cum Laude, with High Honors in English from Middlebury College.
