Umeko Poole has extensive experience in management and customer service, currently serving as Field Support Manager and previously as Assistant Community Property Manager at Edgewood Management since September 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Store Manager and Sales Advocate at Cricket Wireless from June 2016 to September 2021, where Umeko demonstrated strong sales skills and customer engagement. Additional experience includes working as a Solution Specialist at Wireless Zone - Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer and as an IT Specialist at the USDA from September 2010 to June 2016. Umeko holds a Master's degree in Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management, earned between 2010 and 2012.
