Stephanie Chase is an accomplished Community Manager and Compliance Specialist with extensive experience in property management. Currently, Stephanie serves as a Community Manager at Edgewood Management since July 2017 and holds a concurrent position as a Compliance Specialist at Solari Enterprises since September 2013. Previously, Stephanie managed community operations at Capilano Properties and NRP Group, overseeing significant residential portfolios in Phoenix, Arizona. Stephanie's career began at PEM Real Estate Group, managing a large apartment complex in Goodyear, Arizona. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Phoenix, earned between 2014 and 2018, and graduated from LaPlata High School in 1995.
