Michele Lingenfelter is an experienced community manager currently overseeing the day-to-day operations of two multifamily properties in Fairfax and Vienna, Virginia, at Edgewood Management since June 2017. Previously, Michele held the position of Regional Manager at Humphrey Management and served as Regional Property Manager and Property Manager at Quantum Real Estate Management. Early career experience includes working as an Assistant Property Manager at Polinger Shannon & Luchs. Michele holds a Master of Public Administration from American University and a Bachelor of Science in Family and Consumer Sciences/Human Sciences from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
