Amy Krzesniak, HCCP, COS, FHC, C3P, BOS, MORS, currently serves as the Director of Affordable Housing Compliance at Harbor Group Management Company since September 2024. Previously, Amy held the position of Vice President of Compliance and Director of Compliance at Edgewood Management from December 2017 to July 2024, overseeing regulatory compliance for various affordable housing programs. Earlier roles include Director of Compliance at ROSS Companies (October 2009 - December 2017) and Compliance and Credit Manager at KETTLER (June 2002 - October 2009), where responsibilities included managing compliance portfolios and ensuring alignment with financing requirements for tax credit investments.
