George Garnica, M.A. has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. George began their career at World Savings Bank as an Audit-Loan Quality Assurance professional, ensuring accuracy and legality in loan processing. George then transitioned to Silver Eagle Distributors, where they served as a Modelo Brand Marketing Representative, maintaining customer relations and coordinating events and promotions.
George then joined the International Academy of Design and Technology as a Marketing & Public Relations professional, conducting in-classroom presentations and supporting the admissions team. George later worked at Hallmark College in a similar role.
In 2015, George worked at Edgewood Independent School as an Interim Parent Engagement Coordinator, developing and implementing programs to enhance parent engagement in education. George continued their work in family and community engagement at Edgewood ISD, where they held various roles including Family Engagement Coordinator and Director of Family and Community Engagement.
Throughout their career, George has demonstrated strong communication and coordination skills, as well as expertise in marketing and public relations.
George Garnica, M.A. completed their education in two stages. George first attended the University of the Incarnate Word from 2007 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Organizational Development. Following this, from 2012 to 2014, George pursued further education at the same institution and obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Communication and Media Studies.
