Tracy Tate currently serves as the Office Manager at Edgewater Senior Living, a position held since February 2023, where responsibility includes supporting staff and seniors to enhance happiness and well-being. Additionally, since February 1999, Tracy has held the role of Vice President of Operations at The Brand Factory. Previously, from 2008 to 2010, Tracy worked with the Halton District School Board in special education, focusing on Individualized Education Plans (IEP).
