Stephanie Barrows is an experienced professional with a strong background in human resources and administration. Currently serving as the Interim Chief Administrative Officer and Director of Human Resources at KCI Technologies, Inc. since September 2018, Stephanie has previously held the position of Director of Human Resources at Ultra Electronics, 3eTI from December 2008 to September 2018. Earlier roles include HR Manager at Engineering Systems Solutions, Inc., Sr. Technical Recruiter at Thales Communications, and Recruiter at Comsat. Stephanie began their career at Fairchild Space and Defense/Orbital Sciences, where various positions included Employee Relations & Training Manager, Recruiting Manager, and Corporate Benefits Manager. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Health Services Management from Towson University, complemented by an academic diploma from Gov.
