Kwasi Frye is a seasoned data specialist with expertise in data analytics and reporting, currently employed at Edgewater Federal Solutions, Inc. since March 2022, where responsibilities include transforming data and developing Power BI models and dashboards. In addition, Kwasi has been a Data Capture Specialist at HomeBase since April 2019, focusing on enhancing access to homeownership incentive programs for first-time buyers, particularly within the Black community. Previous experience includes serving as a Data Collection Fellow at the DC Department of Housing and Community Development, contributing to the design of a rental records database, and as President of Benjamin Banneker Development Corporation, overseeing the acquisition and renovation of properties to develop affordable housing projects. Kwasi holds a Master of Business Administration from NYU Stern School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
