Courtney Reilly has accumulated extensive experience in customer service and sales within the sports and entertainment industries. Currently serving as a Customer Value Manager at Syndigo since February 2016 and a Customer Outreach Specialist at Edgenet since September 2015, Courtney has previously held various roles with the Nashville Predators, including Club Services Manager and Premium Seats Service Coordinator, focusing on fan relations and account management. Earlier positions also include a Sales Intern with the Carolina Hurricanes and Guest Services Representative at Marbles Kids Museum. Courtney holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sport Management from North Carolina State, completed in 2011.
