Haley Willis, PE, currently serves as a Senior Environmental and Regulatory Engineer at EdgeConneX, managing the Zero Waste and Water Neutrality programs while overseeing environmental compliance across global data center colocations in numerous countries. Previously, Haley functioned as an Environmental Compliance Engineer at Resource Management Associates, where responsibilities included compliance oversight for over 40 data centers and interaction with regulators on various environmental topics. A founding executive board member of the South Carolina Chapter of the National Association of Environmental Professionals, Haley has extensive experience in environmental compliance from roles at Duke Energy Corporation, where tasks included preparing environmental permit reports and managing regulatory issues at a nuclear station. Education includes a Bachelor's Degree in Biological/Biosystems Engineering from Clemson University, alongside early experiential roles in environmental research and field support during co-op positions at Duke Energy.
