Thiago André da Silva has extensive experience in IT security and operations, currently serving as an Analista de Segurança Pleno at Edge UOL since February 2014. In this role, Thiago works with Power BI for operational indicators and security services, manages user access within TACACS and Active Directory environments, and develops firewall rules in Fortigate appliances. Previously, Thiago held roles as an Analista de segurança de TI and an Analista de operações de TI, focusing on monitoring alerts from server management tools and performing troubleshooting on issues from various monitoring platforms. Earlier experience includes a position as an Analista Suporte de Técnico at Banco Santander, where responsibilities involved monitoring ATMs, analyzing downtime events, and providing remote support.
