Julian Bell has work experience as a Substation Design Engineer at Pacific Gas and Electric Company since September 2021. Before that, they worked as the Head of Hardware Design at EDGE Sound Research starting in December 2019. Prior to that, Julian was an Electrical Intern at Delta Electrical Systems Inc from June 2018 to August 2018.

Julian Bell pursued their education in the field of Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Julian first enrolled at the University of California, Riverside in 2016 and successfully completed their Bachelor's degree in the same field in 2020. Julian further continued their studies at the University of California, Riverside and obtained a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from 2020 to 2021.
