Sara Olsson has been working in the IT sector since 2016. Sara began their career as a Laboratory Assistant in C++, web programming languages and Java programming at Linköpings Universitet. Sara was also a Programming Mentor (LiTHehack) there. In 2017, they became a Student Brand Manager at Cygni and also held a Summer Internship at ABB, where they developed a warehouse management system (WMS) and a platform for product management from scratch. In 2019, they held a Summer Internship at Gaia System AB and in 2020 they became a Software Developer there. Currently, they are a System Engineer at Edge Impulse. In 2016, they were also the Developer behind Campuskost.

Sara Olsson obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.), Electrical Engineering in Computer Science from Stanford University between 2018 and 2019. Sara is currently studying for a Master of Science in Media Technology and Engineering at Linköping University, which they began in 2015 and is expected to complete in 2020. Sara has also obtained three Microsoft certifications: Azure AI Fundamentals in March 2022, Azure IoT Developer Specialty in December 2021, and Azure Developer Associate in May 2021.
