Janine Leger is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology, community building, and talent management. As Co-founder of Edge City since January 2024, Janine leads efforts to create innovative environments that promote collaboration among technology, science, and societal leaders. Additionally, Janine is a Co-creator of Zuzalu, a movement aimed at establishing a global network of experimental communities focused on technology and social innovation. Previously, Janine served as the Gitcoin Grants Program Lead, where over $72 million in grants were distributed to support open-source projects. Other notable roles include People Operations Specialist at Builders, On-demand Talent Product Lead and Crowdsourcing Insights Analyst at Deloitte Pixel, Ambassador Coordinator at Haute Route, and Business Strategy Consultant at Deloitte. Janine holds a Bachelor of Arts from Dartmouth College and has pursued studies at Lund University and the University of Cape Town.
