Christopher Morris, CCIM has over 15 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Christopher is currently serving as the VP Capital Markets at Edge Capital Markets, where they are responsible for meeting the acquisition and disposition needs of clients nationwide. Prior to this, they worked as a Corporate Retail Lease Negotiator at GameStop, where they operated and managed over 5,000 stores across 14 countries. Before joining GameStop, Christopher worked as a REALTOR® at Coldwell Banker Apex, Realtors and as a Property Tax Consultant at a commercial real estate company. Christopher also has experience as a Founding Principal at C. Morris & Associates.

Christopher Morris, CCIM has a Master of Science (MS) degree in Accounting from The University of Texas at Dallas. Christopher also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Economics from The University of Texas at Arlington and an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree from Dallas College.

In terms of certifications, Christopher has obtained The Real Estate Associate Program certification from PROJECT REAP in December 2016. Christopher is also a CPA candidate registered with the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy. Additionally, they hold certifications as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) from the CCIM Institute, a Real Estate Broker/Sales Agent from the Texas Real Estate Commission, a Senior Property Tax Consultant from the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, and a Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource® (SFR®) from the National Association of REALTORS®.
