Nicholas Musa MNIA, PMP, EDGE Expert is a seasoned professional in architecture and project management, currently serving as Lead Consultant at FOURTH DIMENSION PROJECTS LIMITED since February 2018 and as an EDGE Expert for EDGE Buildings since August 2020. With extensive experience in providing technical support for green building design and EDGE certification across various sectors in Africa, Nicholas has previously held the position of Senior Consultant at Fourth Dimension Projects and Project Manager at Niger State Development Company NSDC, where direct implementation of a 3-star hotel development was undertaken. Nicholas holds both a Master of Technology (MTech) and a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Architecture from the Federal University of Technology Minna, completed between 2001 and 2008.
