Erin Williams possesses extensive experience in customer service and management roles, currently serving as a Member Service Advocate at UnitedHealthcare since February 2023. Erin has held multiple positions at Sheraton Hotels & Resorts since December 2005, including Restaurant Supervisor and Customer Service Assistant. Additionally, Erin has worked as a Store Manager at Edgar's Bakery and Café since June 2015, after progressing from Assistant Manager from 2012 to 2015. Erin's educational background includes an Associate of Arts degree from Jefferson State Community College (2006 - 2010) and further studies at the University of Alabama at Birmingham (2011 - 2013).
