Lisa Petronick has extensive experience in customer service and operations, currently serving as an Intake Specialist at Edgar Snyder & Associates since February 2019, where responsibilities include managing initial and follow-up contact for callers while delivering exceptional customer service. Prior experience includes roles as Care Connect Elite Operations Lead and Customer Service Representative at Allegheny Health Network from February 2015 to August 2019, and as a Chiropractic Assistant at Day Chiropractic and Wellness Center from June 2013 to February 2015. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Waynesburg College, earned between 1990 and 1994.
