Wes Fallon is a seasoned professional with significant experience in project management and engineering. Currently serving as Project Management Lead at EDF Renewables in South Africa since February 2023, Wes previously held several key positions, including Head of Diagnostics at BMA from August 2018 to February 2023, where a new performance diagnostic system was developed and launched, benefitting over 100 companies in 2022. Wes has also served as Africa Director at SeeSaw Group, overseeing projects across English and French-speaking Africa, and has managed multidisciplinary engineering teams as a Project Engineer at Opus DaytonKnight Consultants Ltd. and TRUE Consulting. Wes holds an MBA from the Graduate School of Business at the University of Cape Town and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from McGill University.
