Meera K. is an experienced legal professional with over a decade of expertise in corporate legal affairs. Currently serving as the Legal Affairs Director and Company Secretary at EDF (UK) since 2009, Meera K. has held various roles including Head of Legal, Principal Solicitor, and Lead Solicitor. Earlier experience includes positions as a Solicitor at HWL Ebsworth Lawyers and PwC. Meera K. holds a Master of Studies in Sustainability from the University of Cambridge and dual Bachelor's degrees in Law and Commerce (Finance) from UNSW, along with a Diploma in Art Law from the Institute of Art and Law.
