Lauren Flack has over 15 years of experience in human resources, primarily at EDF Energy, where contributions have been made from June 2008 to the present in various roles, including HR Operations Support Team Lead, HR Advisory Team Leader, HR Advisor, and HR Assistant. Prior experience includes serving as an HR Administrator at asb law from June 2006 to June 2008. Lauren Flack holds a CIPD Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel and Development from the University of Brighton, obtained between 2010 and 2012.
