Elinor Harrison is an experienced professional in the nuclear energy sector, currently serving as Integrated Risk Lead at EDF (UK) since September 2011, where responsibilities include overseeing Integrated Risk Management processes across eight power stations. Previous roles at EDF include Independent Nuclear Assurance Site Evaluator at Hunterston B Power Station, Operations Engineer with a focus on reactor control, and Feed and Cooling Water Systems Engineer providing technical support for safety cases. Elinor began their career as a Nuclear Graduate Trainee, gaining valuable experience at Hartlepool and Torness power stations, and previously worked as a Student Engineer at Sinclair Knight Merz. Elinor holds an MEng in Chemical Engineering with Honours in Sustainable Engineering from Newcastle University, completed in 2011.
