Bilen Dereje is currently a Social Media & Marketing Intern at Institutional Diversity, Equity, Advocacy and Leadership since August 2023. Prior experience includes serving as a Dining Room Server at Edenwald Retirement Community from May 2021, where Bilen enhanced customer service and communication skills while attending to the needs of elderly residents. Bilen also completed a summer internship in the County Executive's Communications office at Baltimore County from June to August 2022. Bilen is pursuing a Bachelor's degree at Temple University, expected to graduate in May 2026, after earning a High School Diploma from Towson High Law & Public Policy in June 2022.
