Neeraj Parashar is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in engineering management across various organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering at Edenred since July 2024, Neeraj previously held the position of Director of Engineering at Delphix, where responsibilities included leading Continuous Data engineering and driving organizational engineering strategy. Earlier roles include Senior Engineering Manager at Monotype Solutions India, where Neeraj developed a significant engineering division and established an Engineering Centre of Excellence in Nepal, and Sr. Technology Manager at Thomson Reuters, overseeing a mid-size engineering team for diverse SaaS and content initiatives. Neeraj began the career as a Software Engineer at ID Datascribe, followed by positions including Senior Software Engineer at NCR Corporation and Technical Lead at Sapient. Neeraj holds multiple degrees in Information Technology from institutions such as Punjab Technical University and Indira Gandhi National Open University.
