Derek Lawrence possesses extensive experience as a Building Engineer, currently employed at GSH Group since April 2020 and previously serving in a similar role at ABM Industries from 2015 to April 2020, where responsibilities included overseeing multiple properties and managing equipment commissioning and EMS upgrade projects. Prior experience as a Control Centre Operator at Kinder Morgan involved operating a mixed product pipeline and assisting in procedure development, while a tenure at Suncor Energy as a Shift Engineer included overseeing plant operations and unit operators. Earlier roles encompassed unit operations in various energy and processing environments at Talisman Energy and Celanese Canada Inc. Derek holds a Diploma in Power Engineering Technology with Honours from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology.
