Marcelo Marques de Oliveira, MSc, PMP, is an experienced IT project manager currently leading exploration and implementation projects at OPTEL Group since September 2021. Previously, Marcelo managed the SaaS MES App product roadmap and implementation at 42Q and held multiple roles at Sanmina for 17 years, including IT Regional Manager for South America, Project Manager, and Business Systems Analyst, where notable achievements included developing an application for shop floor production control deployed in 90 factories. Marcelo also contributed to academia as an IT and business teacher at Faculdade EINSTEIN and has held project management and analysis positions at SER HCM, Stefanini Consultoria, and Rhodia. Education includes a Master’s degree in Business, an MBA from FGV, and a Bachelor’s degree in Systems Analysis from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas.
