Noelia C. is an experienced project manager with a strong background in telecommunications and engineering. Since November 2007, Noelia C. has been serving as a Project Manager at Instituto Aragonés de Ciencias de la Salud (IACS). Prior to this role, Noelia C. worked as a Project Manager at Dialcom Networks from September 2005 to November 2007 and as a Senior Consultant at Covansys from June 2002 to September 2005. Earlier in the career, Noelia C. held the position of Systems Engineer and Services Development at Lucent Technologies, where involvement with Bell Labs enhanced technical expertise. Noelia C. holds a Telecommunications Engineering Degree from Universidad de Zaragoza, completed in 2000.
