Jenna Kramsky is the current People Operations Manager at Eden Workplace. Jenna was previously the Senior Community Services Lead at WeWork from March 2017 to November 2019. In their role at WeWork, Jenna led the waste management and sorting compliance movement to align with sustainability goals, while driving mirrored action in other national markets. Additionally, they executed the RFP process for Cleaning services, Food & Beverage services, and Inventory vendors in the portfolio as necessary and oversaw spend while monitoring initial quality and conducting reviews as needed. Jenna also managed vendor and sponsor relations by building internal and external partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives. Furthermore, Jenna built ’check-ups’ that identified opportunities for cleanliness, condition, and brand identity. Jenna also spent time auditing and in critical need buildings. Lastly, Jenna was responsible for trend analysis and portfolio comparative analysis, cost and productivity controls as well as member feedback, forecasting budgets and expenses for new and existing buildings, and executing on special projects as they arise.

Jenna Kramsky has a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Colorado Boulder and an Associate of Arts in Communication from Irvine Valley College.
