Alexandra Floricel currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Eden Springs since December 2017. Prior to this role, Alexandra held several positions at Unilever from August 2010 to December 2017, including Refreshment Global HR Business Partner, where responsibilities encompassed business partnering for the Marketing population globally, leadership development, and talent management across Romania, Bulgaria, and Serbia. Additional roles at Unilever included Human Resources Business Partner, Recruitment Executive, Leadership Development Manager, Global Recruitment Lead for Customer Development, and Reward and Recruitment Specialist. Alexandra's earlier experience includes consulting positions at AIMS Romania and CVO Sales and Marketing Recruitment, along with administrative roles in the Alimenta Group and Sorin Popa & Asociatii. Alexandra holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Bucharest, as well as certifications in various psychometric assessments from OPP Business School in Germany and the Unilever Learning Academy.
