Gail Oechsner is an experienced dietitian currently serving as the Corporate Registered Dietitian at Eden Senior Care, LLC since August 2018. Previously, Gail held the position of Regional Dietitian at Kaye Health Care from January 2018 to August 2018 and worked for over three decades at Rice Management, where Gail was the Company Director of Dietary Services from October 1986 until December 2017. Gail Oechsner earned a Bachelor's degree in Dietetics and Clinical Nutrition Services from Mount Mary University, completing studies from 1976 to 1980.
