Tracey Smith is an experienced commercial and project manager with a comprehensive background in retail and business operations. Currently serving as the Commercial Manager for Eden Project International since 2009, Tracey focuses on developing and managing commercial relationships that align with the Eden brand and values. Previous roles include Project Manager for the Eden Marathon and Half Marathon, Country Manager at The Body Shop, where responsibilities included maximizing profitability and controlling costs, and Area Manager at Salisburys, overseeing the operations and profitability of 21 retail outlets. Tracey also served as a Training Officer, addressing the training needs of numerous retail units and facilitating management development. Education was completed at Blue Coat C of E from 1978 to 1985.
