Alex Kent, MBA, has extensive experience in healthcare operations and management, currently serving as the Manager of Access for Virtual Care at Eden Health since August 2021. Key responsibilities include managing schedules for over 100 medical professionals, forecasting staffing needs using Erlang distribution modeling, and overseeing a 50-state licensing plan for mental health providers. Prior to Eden Health, Alex held various roles at One Medical, including Senior Operations Manager and Senior Administrative Assistant, where Alex successfully implemented process improvements, managed patient care initiatives, and fostered exceptional customer service across multiple offices. Alex also possesses a strong foundation in business, holding an MBA from San Francisco State University and a Bachelor's Degree from California State University Channel Islands.
