Paola Schumacher is a project leader in commercial systems and strategy at Edelweiss since July 2023, building on a strong background in performance management and customer analytics from Swissport, where Paola served as manager of global performance and analytics from February 2022 to July 2023. In this role, Paola focused on enhancing customer-centric KPIs, developing skills as a citizen data scientist using advanced Python algorithms. Prior to this management position, Paola accumulated extensive experience in various customer service roles within Swissport from 2013 to 2021, including handling complex situations during flight disruptions and ensuring high-quality customer experiences for numerous airline clients. Paola's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Service Design and Innovation from the University of Applied Sciences of the Grisons, as well as various qualifications in banking and business from institutions such as Banc Now and Handelsmittelschule Siders.
