Lyndzi Campbell is a seasoned professional in product and service development, currently holding the position of Senior Manager at Edelweiss since September 2018. In this role, Lyndzi leads the development of non-food products and services for in-flight and airport operations, focusing on innovative trends and enhancing customer experiences. Prior to this, Lyndzi's responsibilities included leading projects aimed at improving in-flight customer experiences and monitoring in-flight entertainment systems. Lyndzi's career also includes teaching English as a Second Language and supervising English exams for Cambridge Assessment English, as well as an internship in inflight services with Swiss International Air Lines. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in International Business Management from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland FHNW and a Bachelor's degree in Tourism from the University of Applied Sciences HTW Chur.
