Joe Carton is an experienced communications professional currently serving as Associate Director at Edelman Smithfield since September 2023. Previously, Joe held the position of Associate Director at Seven Dials City from January 2021 to September 2023, and earlier served as Account Director in the same company. Joe’s career began at BCW Global as a Public Affairs Intern in September 2015 and included roles as Account Manager and Senior Account Executive at Newington Communications (now SEC Newgate UK). Joe also gained experience as a Public Relations Intern at Frank PR and as a Marketing Intern at Centrica. Joe holds a BA (Hons) in History from Durham University, where studies took place from 2012 to 2015.
