Omar Graves has extensive experience in IT service and support, currently serving as Senior Manager IT Service Desk at Mercer Advisors since April 2022, and as Security & Infrastructure Manager and Cyber Operations Program Manager at Edelman Financial Engines since February 2013. Omar's previous roles include IT Help Desk Manager and Sr. PC Support Specialist at Edelman Financial Services, and various technical support positions at CustomInk, Spadac, DAO Group, Cardinal Health, CCG Systems, and Canon Computer Systems. With a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology/DBA from Kaplan University and an Associate degree in Electronic Technology from ECPI University, Omar has demonstrated a strong ability to manage teams, supervise help desk operations, and implement effective IT solutions throughout a diverse career spanning over two decades.
