Karen Kaup is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the retail industry. Currently serving as Senior IT Director at Eddie Bauer since January 2008, Karen is responsible for managing a comprehensive application portfolio across 325 retail and outlet stores, a distribution center, and various merchandising and marketing systems. Prior to this role, Karen held the position of IT Director where significant initiatives included the implementation of Oracle Point of Sale solutions and mobile POS technology. From March 2001 to December 2007, Karen served as IT Director at Spiegel Group, overseeing application development for multiple brands. Karen holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Information Technology from Illinois State University.
