Galina Kan has over 20 years of professional experience in the fields of private equity, management consulting, and market research. Galina began their career in 1996 as a Market Research Analyst for The Coca-Cola Company. In 2004, they joined McKinsey & Company as an Engagement Manager. In 2010, they became the Director and Non Executive Board Member of UFG Asset Management, where they led a market consolidation initiative for the medical services segment in Russia. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as the Portfolio Director of Leanvest Group and acted as COO of a publicly listed company for 8 months. From 2013 to 2018, they were the Partner of Moscow Consulting Group, focusing on client development, talent management, and strategic planning. Currently, they are the Cofounder and CEO of EdCraft, which builds story-driven educational games to teach in-demand 21st-century skills to kids between the ages of 6 - 15.
Galina Kan obtained their MBA from Vanderbilt University - Owen Graduate School of Management between 1999 and 2001. From 1990 to 1995, they earned their Master of Science (MS) in Mathematics from Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU). In August 2022, they obtained a Non-Executive Directorship certification from Udemy.
