Jeff Ross has a diverse work experience in the field of technology. Jeff started as a Help Desk Analyst at Eli Lilly and Company in 2010 and then worked as a Field Technician at FastTeks from 2009 to 2011. Jeff then joined Bell Techlogix, Inc. as a Help Desk Analyst in 2011 and later became a Corporate Help Desk Analyst at Bell TechLogix.

In 2012, they transitioned to State Farm Insurance as a Technical Analyst and then moved to Salesforce in 2015 as a Premium Support Analyst. At Salesforce, they provided high-level support to customers and assisted with various aspects of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Email Studio. Jeff also handled HTML and SQL query code.

From 2018 to 2021, Jeff worked at Genesys as a Technical Analyst, where they played an important role in analyzing technical issues. Jeff joined Avtex Solutions in 2021 as a Cloud Systems Consultant, providing consultative services related to cloud systems. In the same year, they also joined TTEC Digital as a Senior Genesys Cloud Principal Architect, leveraging their expertise in Genesys Cloud.

Currently, Jeff is working at EDCi as a Senior Genesys Engineer. Overall, their work experience demonstrates a strong background in technical support and expertise in various technology platforms and systems.

Jeff Ross attended Indiana Business College from 2002 to 2004, where they pursued a degree in Cisco Networking with a focus on Computer Networking and IT. Jeff then went on to enroll at IUPUI for Computer Technology, although the duration of their studies there is unspecified. Following that, they returned to Indiana Business College and completed an A.A.S degree in Computer Networking. Additionally, Jeff has obtained certifications in Genesys Cloud and Genesys Certified Associate (GCA) - PureCloud from Genesys, in December 2020 and June 2019, respectively.
