Carol James is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Carol's foundational experience at Acxiom Corporation, where roles included Sr HR Business Partner and Client Delivery Manager, has equipped Carol with a diverse skill set in workforce management, total compensation, and organizational development.
