With a degree in business and risk management in hand, Tom was hired in 1992 as Facility Manager for a large downtown facility. He supervised a crew of 20 cleaners. When the job of Human Resources Manager opened, Tom brought his education and experience in the field to the areas of Recruiting and HR. He understands the needs of field and office staff, recruiting and administrative processes, and is a skilled navigator through the complexities of employment law and insurance. Tom was promoted to Director of Human Resources in 2013. In 2017 he moved into the role of Vice President of Support & Development, shifting away from recruiting and taking on accounting (being extremely good with numbers.) In 2020 Tom added Madison Operations to his portfolio of responsibilities, taking on the job with gusto.
Tom is a sports fan and follows his favorite teams faithfully. He also enjoys karate, snowboarding, and disc golf.
