Hansa Jijo has a diverse work experience that spans over multiple companies. Hansa started their career in 1995 at P&O Nedlloyd (India) Pvt Ltd, where they worked as a Manager-Procurement for ten years. In 2005, they joined Maersk India Pvt. Ltd as a Manager-Regulatory for a year. In 2006, they moved to Allcargo Logistics Ltd and worked there as a General Manager for ten years. In 2016, they joined ECU Worldwide as a Regional Manager and later became the Vice President IT and Process, a role they currently hold.

Hansa Jijo completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from Ramnarain Ruia College in Mumbai between 1993 and 1995.
