Kesha Green is an experienced professional in healthcare management and electronic health record systems, currently serving as an EHR Application Specialist and Practice Manager at ECU Health since March 2022, where leadership and oversight of clinical staff and daily operations are key responsibilities. Prior to this role, Kesha worked at Vidant Medical Center for nearly a decade, focusing on end user education as an EHR Application Specialist and managing patient access as a Patient Access Representative. Kesha's career began at Physicians East, where expertise in managed care and authorization processes was developed, and earlier experience was gained at Pitt County Memorial Hospital in patient registration and admission for a Level I Trauma center. Kesha holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Walden University and a Bachelor of Arts in Health Care Management from the University of Mount Olive.
