Jennifer Harriss has over a decade of experience in development and community planning, currently serving as Development Manager at ECU Health since July 2021. Prior to this role, Jennifer was the Executive Director of Destination Downtown Edenton Inc. from February 2010 to July 2021, and also operated Urban Village from 2008 to 2014. Jennifer contributed as a Board Member for the North Carolina Downtown Development Association between 2007 and 2009 and held the position of Director at Destination Downtown Edenton, Inc. from 2004 to 2007. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Historic Preservation and Community Planning from the College of Charleston and a Master of Arts in Historic Preservation from Goucher College.
