Joseph Allen has worked in a variety of roles since 1998. Joseph began as Principal in 1998, then moved to Faculty Member at Jesuit Dallas in 2003. In 2007, they became Executive Director at Pittsburgh Urban Leadership Service Experience. In 2009, they returned to Ectobox, Inc. as a Software Developer - Independent Contractor. In 2011, they took on the role of Director of Campus Ministry at Central Catholic High School. Finally, in 2014, they returned to Ectobox, Inc. as Operations Manager and Software Developer - Business Services.

Joseph Allen attended The College of Wooster from 1993 to 1997, earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Biology, General. Joseph then attended The University of Dallas from 2004 to 2006, earning a Master of Theological Studies.
